About Owen (Domestic short hair) in Champaign

Owen is waiting for you at Champaign Area Trap Spay Neuter and Adoption Program in Champaign, IL 61820. Ethan and Owen are a pair of brothers who were certainly unsure of humans at first. . . Owen was the first to come around! Once these boys knew they were safe and that all their needs would be met, they were both seen in much more relaxed postures, playing with toys, and actively asking for attention. These cats wanted to be pets! Ethan needed to learn from Owen's outgoing example for a time, but each cat is doing great on his own now. They are ready to be adopted!! Owen is very curious and affectionate, and he does great with other cats! Owen also has a LOT of energy and rambunctious tendencies, especially in a foster home environment where he can truly try out what it is to be a pet. . . he wants to experience everything!! Some of the things he is curious about include tests on how gravity affects objects, or how toilet paper would look pulled off the roll. He is like a big kitten! He will need a little patience and some play sessions each day to help tire him out and satiate his need for fun. His zest for life is infectious! Apply to meet Owen today and see if he could be your new playmate. Thank you for your interest in a CATsNAP cat or kitten! If you would like to meet a cat, please complete the online application located on our website catsnap.org. We do not have a walk-in facility; most of our cats are in foster homes. For this reason, we require an approved application on file before we set up a meet and greet. Completing an online application does not obligate you to adopt! We care deeply about our cats and want the best match for all involved. All CATsNAP cats and kittens are: Vaccination against Panleukopenia (Distemper), Rhinotracheitis, and Calicivirus Vaccination against Rabies (if animal is over 4 months of age) Testing for Feline Leukemia (FeLV) and Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV) Initial de-wor
