Urgent: Pookah Needs a Loving Foster or Forever Home Pookah was living alone in the quiet home that he once shared with his beloved feline friend and sweet owner. His owner has been very ill, however, and will not be returning to her home, leaving Pookah without the companionship and comfort he’s always known. He and his friend lived for several months left behind in the lonely home. His best friend, Shadow, has now ready been placed in a wonderful new home — but sweet Pookah is still waiting. These cats were their owner’s world, and it breaks our hearts. He deserves warmth, care, and someone to curl up beside again. Right now he is living in a temporary foster home with seven other cats and he stays in one room getting minimal attention. As much as the foster can share, but not near enough and not the life that Pookah can thrive in. The other cats either are old and ill and will be aggressive to him. Pookah, is a unique, interesting, super affectionate cat that needs a home of his own SOON. He is six years old, so he's got lots of life left, but not a kitten. Great for older adults. The foster has plans to travel for family soon and all of the cats MUST find a place ASAP for several weeks!
