Felix is waiting for you at Heartland Humane Society of Missouri in O Fallon, MO 63366. Felix was adopted from Heartland as a 5 mos old kitten. That was almost 5 years ago. He was recently returned to us due to no fault of his own. The family dynamics changed, and Felix was home alone a lot and began withdrawing. His owner felt it was best that he be in a family who can give him the love and attention he deserves. Felix is a big boy! He is 15 pounds, but he also has a large frame. He has grey fur with some tabby markings and striking green eyes. We feel he would do well in a home where he will be given the time and space he will need to adjust. He is still a bit sad about leaving his home of 5 years but with time he will show you lots of love. He rubs against our legs and rolls over so we can rub his belly and is becoming more playful. He was shedding a lot when he came to us due to lack of maintenance of his fur and poor diet, but we have been brushing him daily and he loves it! His fur is smoother and he is shedding less.
