Mowgli is waiting for you at Humane Society of Carroll County, Inc. in Westminster, MD 21158. Mowgli is in a foster home! At 7 months old, Mowgli has his whole life ahead of him and he can't wait to spend it with his new family! He has done well with other cats and has experienced dogs previously while in foster. He is continuing to socialize everyday and learn how wonderful it is to live indoors as a pampered house pet! Mowgli is currently recovering from an FHO leg surgery, and doing excellent with his healing.
