*Mel is waiting for you at Austin Town Lake Animal Center in Austin, TX 78703. Meet Mel! This adorable little guy is loved by people and pooches alike. He’s very popular amongst his dog friends and his people friends would all agree he’s an A+ snuggler. Some things we find most endearing about Mel (besides his sweet face) is how playful he is. He loves ALL the toys/stuffies. He does love to play fetch but will happily self entertain. He loves having a variety of toys around but we’ve discovered that he gravitates most to the toys that will whack him in the face when he plays with them (seriously).Mel has had a few sleepovers with his volunteer friends and received glowing reviews. They can confirm that when he snuggles with pjs on it’s even more adorable. He’s a polite house guest who appreciated some quiet sleep outside of the loud shelter.At such a young age Mel has spent too much time in a kennel.
