Goldy is waiting for you at Orange County Animal Services in Chapel Hill, NC 27516. Hello! I was surrendered to the shelter when my owner could no longer keep me. I am sweet but I am also fearful. Everyone at the shelter is trying to help me adjust and they can tell I have the potential to warm up and blossom in the right spot. Is that spot with you in a calm, loving home?Insights from my foster friends and adventure buddies:`At the shelter, Goldy can appear very fearful but once outside or on a walk she is very happy and energetic. She loves to play in grass and eat chicken or whipped cream treats. She comes out of her shell completely when outside of the shelter. She is the sweetest dog and is so goofy. She has the time of her life on walks and would be an amazing companion on any hike. She makes me laugh when she turns around and smiles at you while walking. She perks up immediately when given any praise and just loves being with you.`
