This beautiful girl found herself in an overcrowded high kill shelter in TX, through no fault of her own. With a shortage of fosters, we had to put Rosie into temporary boarding to save her life. This is far from ideal, she needs a home NOW!! We don't know too much about her yet. Rosie is pretty and just very sweet with everyone she encounters!
