It's believed that he’s been passed around a bit—his last owner had him for only four months. He’s strikingly beautiful and incredibly sweet. However, due to his size, he’s become difficult for his current owner to manage. Archie appears to do well with other dogs, though he hasn't been to dog parks. He has a clear preference for men—he often chooses the company of a male stranger over familiar faces. He enjoys daily walks and uses a doggie door without issue. While he isn’t overly cuddly, he has warmed up and will occasionally jump into a lap to show affection. In general, he can seem a bit indifferent to familiar people. He previously spent time with another dog for a couple of weeks; they played well initially, but as things got rougher, they had to be separated for safety.
