Holly is a beautiful Heeler miniature Dane mix who’s only about 50 pounds and looks larger in pictures than she is when you actually meet her Holly is super cuddly indoors but loves to run around outdoors and is used to wide open spaces to explore. Hollie was a country girl who was able to come indoors whenever she wanted but be outdoors for fun and frolicking; he was the perfect life for Holly, but unfortunately her owners were forced to move away and couldn’t bring her with . Holly is six years old. She is completely housebroken. She’s not destructive inside the house at all, loves to sleep on the sofa or bed and to be close to her humans when they’re at home. Holly is friendly and gentle. She hasn’t lived with small children but she’s also never shown any sign of aggression. We believe that because of her size she’d probably do best with older children or in a home with moderately active young to middle-aged adults. One area of need Holly has is to work on leash training; since she grew up in a rural area Holly hasn’t had much need for leash walking, but in a new home that’s one area of training that will need fine-tuning. When Holly came into foster care, even though it was completely different from everything she ever knew, she settled in the minute she walked in the door!
