Thalia (A568146) is a sweet, affectionate girl known by staff and volunteers as “the happy girl.” She takes treats gently and is always excited for walks, pets, or snack time—so excited, in fact, that she sometimes has trouble keeping all four paws on the ground. Can you blame her when everything is just so fun?There’s been lots of guessing about her breed mix—Boxer, Mastiff, Cane Corso—but only a DNA test could say for sure. Whatever she is, she’s 100% lovable.In the big yard, Thalia was more interested in exploring than playing with toys. She wasn’t a fan of dried chicken jerky, but she happily took smaller treats and showed off her smarts by sitting on cue and even trying out the agility equipment for rewards. She’s very people-oriented, curious, and loves to sniff and take in the world around her.Thalia did have a tough experience in playgroup when another dog went after her, and she can be a bit timid with new dogs as a result.
