Heartworm negative and full of life, he’s taken everything in stride and still manages to flash a goofy grin through it all. Oso is incredibly dog-friendly—he loves pups big and small—and he hasn’t met a human he doesn’t want pets and attention from. He’s food-motivated (hello, training potential!) and has a sweet, silly personality that’s impossible not to love.
