Penny is waiting for you at Friends of Campbell County Animal Control in Rustburg, VA 24588. This is the second time around for Penny (Bianca originally) to be at the shelter, and we hope that she will not be traumatized yet again by being returned because of not being wanted. Penny is her new given name, and she seems to like it just fine! She is a low to the ground, squatty little girl who needs confidence-building and would flourish in a home with another confident sweet dog to be her mentor. Penny appears to be housetrained, even at the shelter where it can be a big chaotic, and she loves the activity when volunteers come to take her out walking. What a sweet friend she would be with a patient, loving family to see her through transition time and patiently give her the strength she needs to be a successful family member!
