Born into a chaotic crew of 8 siblings, Noir is a professional wiggle machine and a full-time best friend in training. Noir loves everyone she meets—humans, dogs, probably squirrels (though they remain unconvinced). With energy for days and the attention span a bouncing tortilla chip, she’s looking for an active family ready for adventures, playtime, and the occasional zoomie tornado. Noir's adoption fee includes his spay, vaccines, and a micochip.
