Vindaloo is waiting for you at Rescue Rovers Dog Adoptions in United States. Hi! My name is Vindaloo and I’m a sweet and spicy 3 year old male terrier looking for my forever family. I am smart, quick and agile and although I’m cute enough to be a purse pet, I’m really more suited for the active adventure life! I’d really love a family that would take me on their daily run or weekend hikes. I’ve been going on 5 mile runs with my foster dad and I have no problem keeping up with him (don’t tell him but I think he’s kind of slow!). And my size (13 lbs) can be a real bonus as I can hitch a ride in your pack or arms in an emergency. I’d also be happy with a family who has a yard and a dog sibling who wants to play with me. I just need enough activity and stimulation to keep my perfect balance of sweet & spicy! I haven’t been around cats so I’m not sure how I feel about them. I’m housebroken and sleep all night in the crate. I'm still learning that the world is safe for me. I can be a little nippy when I feel threatened, so I am looking for a patient home with no small children (12+ and dog-savvy should be fine for me.) Once I have bonded to my new family and I feel safe, I will be your best friend! My foster parents can attest that once I trust you, I am the absolute best snuggle buddy!
