This curious turtle is always excited for mealtime—he absolutely loves his food and will happily chase his feeder fish around his tank with impressive enthusiasm. Aesop is also very observant and interactive for a turtle. He follows his foster around from inside his tank and seems to recognize the person who brings the food, often swimming over to greet them when they approach. It’s clear that he’s paying attention to what’s going on outside his enclosure! With his active nature and big appetite, Aesop would thrive in a properly sized aquatic setup where he can swim, explore, and enjoy plenty of enrichment.
