Toto~ is waiting for you at Russell Rescue, Inc. in Columbia, TN 38401. Meet Toto!!Sweet, shy Toto is looking for his forever home! We don't know much about his past but it's safe to say he did not have a lot of human interaction. He's been with me a few months now and has come such a long way! He gets along well with all my other dogs. He loves to be outside so a fenced in yard is ideal. He has been fully vetted and housebroken. Yay! We are working on leash training. It will take him a bit to warm up to strangers so please have patience. We are guessing that he is around 5 or 6 years old. He appears to be a terrier (possibly border terrier) mix. He has the cutest little underbite and Justin Bieber hair!
