We haven't seen her with cats or kids but we are happy to discuss integration techniques with any potential adopters! Currently Living at: DC area foster home Sonja is Looking For: Her forever home! This happy girl landed in the shelter through no fault of her own. She's young, hasn't seen nearly enough of the world yet, and is eager for long sniffy walks and romps and all the adventures her new family can dream up. Dog school would be great, so she can show how super smart she is. And snuggles. Definitely snuggles. Most of all, though, she wants to know where he belongs and to be safe and loved for all her days. In exchange she promises so many adoring gazes, so much loyal companionship. What do you say? Is Sonja the one you see by your side? What My Foster Says About Me: Sonja is doing well! She has been very playful and energetic, and is very outgoing with new people and other dogs. She is always excited to say hi! She likes playing with toys and is practicing walking on the leash. She likes to eat and so far she’s tried cucumbers, green peppers, and a few fruits and there's nothing she doesn’t like. Her favorite toys are rope toys and second is bones. Lucky Dog cannot guarantee any dog is housebroken. All of our dogs are working on their crate training.
