They saw something special in those wise little eyes and made sure he got his second chance.Peanut Butter is a classic “two-sides-of-the-coin” kind of gentleman. One moment, he’s a crotchety old man, grumbling his opinions about the world. The next? He’s a soft, sleepy sweetheart, curled up in your lap like he’s been there his whole life. And honestly, that’s part of his charm.He’s very clear about his boundaries — Peanut Butter prefers not to be picked up and will let you know with a quick nip if he’s uncomfortable. He also isn’t a fan of anything going over his head, so collars and harnesses aren’t his style. Because of this, he’ll need a securely fenced yard where he can safely enjoy the outdoors on his own terms.This little guy mostly uses pee pads and occasionally will let you know when he’d like to go outside. He gets along just fine with calm, respectful dogs who understand that he’s a senior who values his space.Peanut Butter is looking for a quiet, adult-only home where he can truly relax and be himself.
