Octavia is waiting for you at Recate Fenix aka Rescue Fenix in San Diego, CA 92167. Meet Octavia also called Tavi.Octavia is a big girl with an even bigger heart. Since being rescued from the shelter, she’s proven herself to be the perfect houseguest—gentle, loving, and so grateful for a second chance. Affectionately known as Tavi, she’s ready to leave her past behind and find a forever home where she can truly shine. She just needs someone to give her that chance… and we know she’ll give a lifetime of love in return. Due to Tavi's neglect, she had a severe eye infection when we rescued her from the shelter on the euth list. Unfortunately, we were unable to save her eye but that doesn't stop her one bit!
