Reggie Species: Yellow-Naped Amazon Age: 16-17 Sex: Male Other: Large bird experience is strongly preferred but not required. Reggie is a 16-year-old Yellow-Naped Amazon. He arrived at the sanctuary with a sun conure who has since been adopted out. In his previous home, Reggie was said to enjoy being handled and loved interacting (from a distance) with his bird roommate. His owner did note that it took a long time for Reggie to warm up to her, but once he did, he enjoyed cuddles and tummy tickles. She also noted that he loves to play catch with a wiffle ball or other similar sized ball. How fun!​ Reggie is a very food-motivated Amazon, so if you want to come meet him, bring a yummy vegetable with as a treat!
