Elio is waiting for you at Palomacy Pigeon & Dove Adoptions in San Francisco, CA 94104. This sweet, gentle King pigeon was found stranded on an island in traffic in San Francisco. The rescuer sheltered him for a week while we coordinated transportation and a foster home. So far, his foster mom says he is a shy bird, nervous around people.
