Ruse is waiting for you at Palomacy Pigeon & Dove Adoptions in San Francisco, CA 94104. Ruse is a gorgeous white homing pigeon, most likely a survivor of a "dove release" at a wedding or funeral. Since Ruse is a domestic pigeon, he has no survival skills and could have easily succumbed to starvation or predation. Luckily he was found and brought into Palomacy.
