Through it all, they had each other. Today, they are fully medically cleared and ready for adoption. The only ongoing consideration is that Cubbie is FIV-positive—but don’t let that scare you. Cats with FIV can live long, happy, completely normal lives without medication. They simply need a loving, attentive home that will address any illness promptly. Their foster lovingly calls them the “perfectly imperfect duo,” and it fits. They are playful, affectionate, and deeply bonded—you’ll often find them grooming each other or curled up side by side. Cubbie is the more sensitive soul. A little shy at first, he blossoms with patience into a loyal companion who will follow you around asking for love. He’s also very proud of his hunting skills—especially when it comes to his favorite pickle toy, which he’ll “capture” and proudly present as dinner. Jesse is the adventurer.
