Chimi is waiting for you at Animal Rescue of the Rockies in Aurora, CO 80012. Chimi is just 8 months old, (looks larger in photos.) She is very outgoing, energetic, and wants to play 24/7, and is a wonderful kitty all around. She also loves petting, scratching and just general attention. She probably would not do well left alone all day and needs play stimulation from her human for a couple years while she has the kitten energy..Chimi came from an overcrowded shelter in Texas with a bad eye. Animal Rescue of the Rockies took her in so she would not be euthanized and paid for her eye to be removed. She gets around like a normal cat and it doesn't bother her a bit.Chimi would love another cat to play with, but not necessary. She does well with other cats in our rescue. No dogs. Kids 12 and up.Chimi can be visited in her foster home in south Ft. Collins.CEP Animal Rescue of the Rockies believes that every pet should find a wonderful, caring home. To ensure each pet finds the best possible home, we ask that you fill out an adoption application form so we can learn more about you and your household. We review each application we receive and will contact you as quickly as possible. A home visit will be scheduled before any pet is adopted to a new home. Once a home visit has taken place and the adoption application has been approved, we will ask you to read and sign our adoption agreement form. Our adoption fees help cover the cost of spay/neuter, veterinary exams, vaccinations, microchipping, and foster care. Highly requested breeds help cover the vet costs incurred by some of our other cats, enabling us to save more lives! $350 for purebred/highly requested kittens, 6 months or younger, such as Siamese mixes, Maine Coon mixes. These "guardian kittens" help support our rescue work by covering vet costs for other kittens. $225 for purebred/highly requested cats older than 6 months such as Siamese mixes, Maine Coone mixes.
