Here at the shelter, she has been warming up to being pet...as long as she sets the terms. We think Pepper would benefit from a cat-savvy, patient adopter ready to help her transition at her pace to a new home and gain the confidence she needs to be her best cat-self. We think she would benefit from a quiet/low traffic household.
