She will greet you at the door every day with the cutest meows. She is also a certified flopper. She flops everywhere and anywhere. Couch? Flop. Floor? Flop. Right on top of her piles of toys? Flop. Every night she will flop next to you, across from you, or right in the nook of your neck as she purrs her way to sleep. Sunny enjoys pets and affection, but when she's had enough, she communicates her boundaries with a gentle paw tap or a gentle nibble to let you know she's done. She appreciates people who respect her cues and, in return, will reward you by purring herself to sleep in your lap. She has one of the loudest purrs around and will happily rumble away whenever she's excited, content, or getting the attention she loves. Sunny's favorite toy of all time is her wand toy. She'll proudly carry and drag the plush mouse around, meowing to let you know she's ready for playtime. She's a big foodie and prefers scheduled mealtimes rather than free feeding. She also is friendly and loves human guests! If you adopt Sunny, be prepared for infinite bunting, the tiniest meows, booming purrs, constant companionship, and so many flopperoonies. Sunny was rescued with dental issues and is in need of surgery. We would be thrilled for a potential adopter to provide a larger adoption donation (between $250 and $400 total) and/or assistance crowdsourcing funds towards their necessary vet bills if possible. This cat would prefer to be adopted alone and be the only cat in the home.
