Raven is my sister, and Blackbird is my mom. I will be honest, I'm kinda shy, but I'm also a curious boy, and I like to learn stuff and watch and figure things out. Like this whole "being pet" thing--I think I like it, but I just don't have a ton of experience with it. So I'm learning! I can tell most of the other cats here at the shelter think it's great, and I hope I can find a furever friend who will be patient with me and teach me how to snuggle and cuddle, too. The adoption fee covers the following: spay or neuter surgery; one-year rabies vaccine; feline or canine distemper vaccine; heartworm test (dogs) or combo (fiv/felv) test (cats); deworming; and microchip. The Carroll County Animal Shelter will be closed the last Friday of every month for deep cleaning, staff training, and animal enrichment.
