About Baby (Domestic short hair) in Champaign

Baby is waiting for you at Champaign Area Trap Spay Neuter and Adoption Program in Champaign, IL 61820. Baby is a precious, adorable gentleman who has been well loved from day 1! He got the name Baby because he really is just a big, sweet baby. This is a time of year when the need for a furry love bug in your lap might be especially pressing, though he is a cat for all year round! We could all use a little more love, and Baby will provide it plentifully. Baby recently got diagnosed with arthritis in his front legs. But this does not stop him from playing. He just doesn't like his legs messed with. He enjoys wand toys, mice, and other things. He enjoys being the center of someone's world. Will that be yours? One thing about Baby is that he did pick up the FIV virus during his time on the street. Long thought to be a scary diagnosis, this really just means a lower immune system. He does not need anything special, just quality care like any Catsnap cat would need! I have found that these tame FIV positive males are usually the sweetest because the acquired the virus by being picked on. If you can make room in your heart for Baby, he would love to know he will never be picked on again. Thank you for your interest in a CATsNAP cat or kitten! If you would like to meet a cat, please complete the online application located on our website catsnap.org. We do not have a walk-in facility; most of our cats are in foster homes. For this reason, we require an approved application on file before we set up a meet and greet. Completing an online application does not obligate you to adopt! We care deeply about our cats and want the best match for all involved. All CATsNAP cats and kittens are: Vaccination against Panleukopenia (Distemper), Rhinotracheitis, and Calicivirus Vaccination against Rabies (if animal is over 4 months of age) Testing for Feline Leukemia (FeLV) and Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV) Initial de-worming, flea, an
