Lottie is waiting for you at Animal Safe Haven and Adoptions, Inc. in Columbia, MD 21045. Found abandoned in a parking lot, the poor girl was going to be sent to a kill facility where she most likely would have been put down ASAP. She is extremely sweet and friendly, loves attention and great with other friendly cats and dogs. She has an inner ear imbalance so she wobbles a bit when moving around, but it doesn't stop her any, she still gets up on the cat tree and is just like every one else.
