This handsome guy is about 2–3 years young and may be a little shy when you first meet him, but give him a minute, and you’ll see just how sweet he truly is. Once he feels safe, Sheriff leans right into affection and happily soaks up all the pets you’re willing to give. Sheriff gets along well with other cats and would likely enjoy a feline friend. He hasn’t met dogs yet, so we’re not sure how he feels about them. He would do best in a calm, quieter home where he can relax and be his gentle self - busy, rambunctious kiddos just aren’t his style. Sheriff came to us after being abandoned alongside three other cats, but don’t worry, they’re now safe and receiving the care they deserve. And yes… his eyes really are that green. They are litter box trained unless otherwise noted. Please be aware we do not walk around standing & holding our shelter cats - this is unnatural to them, and we like to keep them as comfortable as possible.
