I am beginning to think I will never find them. My foster mom keeps telling me to be patient, have faith and that my family is out there. But it is hard to remaing hopeful somedays. I have been in foster care for 1,095 days and everyday I cross my paws that it will finally be my turn. I know I can be extra sometimes and I do not like sharing space with other kitties but that is just how God made me. I just know there is someone who wants me, will love me, flaws and all. Please read my story below and give me a chance. My name is Dutchess and I was found in a parking lot by some kids after a rain storm. I was soaking wet and they could tell I was on my own for a long time because I was skin and bones. The kiddos knew my foster mom and brought me to her straight away. She got me settled in with some super soft blankets and FOOD. Oh my I was so happy. Since then I have been fully vetted and gained lots of weight. Maybe a tad too much weight because I am extra "fluffy" now. I am spending my days as my foster moms office cat as I really really really do not like other kitties. I am the only cat there so it's all good. I am very sweet and love to be whereever my human is.
