Athena is waiting for you at Kim's Nurturing Nest Animal Sanctuary in danville, CA 94526. Athena was abandoned out by Antioch California with her four kittens. She was attacked by a coyote and two of her kittens were taken by the coyotes. It took a week for a kind person to rescue Athena and her two kittens that survived. Athena was taken to our local shelter and her left eye was removed and she was spayed and up-to-date with all of her shots. She recovered at the shelter for a month and then the rescuer took her backand we took her into our sanctuary. She is friendly, but can be reactive and feisty. Loves attention and has a lot of energy.
