*Silvia is waiting for you at Central Virginia Regional Rescue in Forest, VA 24551. Silvia is a very special girl. She and her sisters were very sick when they came into our care as tiny babies, and their foster mom fought to keep them alive. Silvia had extremely severe eye infections, and one eye remains cloudy. This cat's adoption fee is $75. Many cats do so much better in pairs, especially kittens, which is why we offer a reduced adoption fee of $25 for the second cat (or more!).
