I’m Merley, a dilute female kitty that is a gentle soul that can be a little bit shy at first, but once I settle in and feel safe I am the biggest sweetheart. In my former home, I was with other cats and a gentle dog, but the cats were not nice to me. I was being bullied and was not happy. In my new foster home that is calm and loving, I learned I was safe and I have thrived. If you have a comfortable home without animals or with kind, gentle animals, I would love to be part of it. If you’re looking for a true companion who wants to be close, I'm your girl. I am very chill and coming into my own. I even have started enjoying playing. I also LOVE to watch the birds outside the window and will sit, twitch at the birds and love it all. I have all my primary vetting, including being neutered, vaccinations, FIV/FeLV tested, flea and dewormer prevention, and microchipped. Did you know? You can meet amazing cats like me every weekend! The Frisco Humane Society hosts Adopt-A-Pet events at PetSmart (3333 Preston Road in Frisco, TX) every Saturday and Sunday from Noon to 4 p.m. There are always adoptable cats there—and friendly adoption counselors to help you find your perfect match.
