Before Monroe became the happy little whirlwind she is today, her story started in an unexpected place. Her mama gave birth right after being trapped during a TNR effort at a community cat colony. Instead of having to grow up outdoors, Monroe, her mom, and her siblings were welcomed into a loving foster home until ready for adoption.
