Phoebe is waiting for you at Northern Ocean County Animal Facility in Jackson, NJ 08527. Phoebe, DSH, Gray, Female spayed, 2 years old Phoebe can be a little shy at first, but she is sweet. She would do best is a calm and quiet home with a family that can give her the time she needs to adjust. Before any cat or kitten gets adopted they are spayed or neutered, micro chipped and up to date on shots. All members of the household must meet the cat and the adopter must provide proof of either home ownership or a lease with a pet policy allowing cats. To meet our cats visit them at the shelter.
