Fozzi is waiting for you at Forgotten Cats, Inc. in Marcus Hook, PA 19061. FOZZI – We Keep Telling Him, “Maybe the Next Person…” Every time someone walks into the room, Fozzi looks up. Maybe it's them. Maybe this is the person who came for him. He walks over to say hello. He turns on that sweet Fozzi charm. He asks for pets and attention and does everything a friendly, loving cat is supposed to do when he's hoping someone will notice him. Then the visitor leaves. Sometimes carrying another cat. And Fozzi stays behind. Again. We don't understand it. Fozzi has been waiting at Forgotten Cats since January 2026, and somehow this incredibly sweet boy keeps getting passed over. Is it because he's a brown tabby? Is it because he isn't a tiny kitten? Is it because people simply scroll past his photo before ever getting the chance to meet him? Because once you meet Fozzi, it's very hard to understand why he's still here. Fozzi LOVES people. ❤️ He wants to greet you. He wants your pets. He wants to be near you and involved in whatever you're doing. He has bright, curious eyes, a wonderfully friendly personality, and the kind of affectionate nature so many adopters say they're searching for. So why doesn't anyone choose him? Fozzi doesn't know. He only knows that people keep coming. And he keeps hoping. He watches cats around him find families. He watches them leave for homes of their own. And every time the door opens again, sweet Fozzi is still willing to believe: Maybe this time it's my turn. Fozzi doesn't need someone to rescue him because he's the saddest cat in the room. He needs someone to finally SEE HIM. See the sweet boy who loves people. See the affectionate companion waiting to follow you around the house.
