HCHS provides kitties in need, delivered to your home. Highland County Humane Society (HCHS) includes food, litter, supplies, all veterinary care, etc The cats are vaccinated, neutered, and treated for parasites. All are litter trained and acclimated/socialized to people. HCHS also provides well checks and is available for all concerns/questions. If the foster parent decides to adopt the kitty they have first choice. If not, the kitty can remain a foster for as long as suitable for the foster parent.
