Buttercup is waiting for you at The Cats' Cradle of NC in United States. Buttercup is an approximately two year old tortoiseshell dreamboat, as long as she is the only cat and the center of your attention. She is polydactyl and has some extra toes on her front feet to make extra fluffy biscuits while she naps in your lap! Buttercup was rescued along with a single kitten who was at least her third litter. We are glad to end the cycle of kittens and find Buttercup the purrfect home to enjoy life without having kittens repeatedly. She loves to play with toys and race up and down the hall with the zoomies. Quite the conversationalist, she will talk and chirp to you while head butting, purring and enjoying all the pets and attention and eventually settle down for a nice nap in your lap. Unfortunately, Buttercup does not like other cats and they make her grumpy. She had to be isolated in her first foster home because she does not care for other cats. This made her sad and lonely. At PetSmart she is around other cats and comes across as grumpy and temperamental to adopters. She has been in a different foster home by herself for several weeks and is pretty much the perfect cat. She is relaxed, loving, entertaining and will make the purrfect lap or foot warmer as winter approaches. Unfortunately, she is lonely because her second foster mom travels a lot. We would love to get Buttercup into her forever home quickly. Buttercup is fully vetted - spayed, FIV/FeLV negative, up to date on vaccines and if course parasite free! Are you Buttercup's person?
