He is inseparable from his best friend, Pepper, a lively 13-year-old girl with a dark gray coat and a bold black stripe down her back. Pepper still has plenty of playful energy, loves zoomies, batting Q-tips, and catnip toys. She’s affectionate with loud purrs and enjoys sleeping either at the head of the bed or snuggled up to Smokey.
