Aerith is waiting for you at Brooklyn Bridge Animal Welfare Coalition, Inc. in United States. Aerith is such a sweet cat and cuddle buddy. She loves affection and happily leans into pets, with scratches under her neck and belly rubs high on her list of favorites. Her preferred lounging spot is anywhere she can survey the room, usually alternating between the bed and the couch. She also loves being close to her people and will gladly sit beside you, especially if you create a dedicated area for her and pat the spot for her to come. She looks so cute when she’s resting as she has an impressive variety of curled-up nap positions she rotates through. Aerith is very vocal, particularly around mealtime (or whenever she suspects food might be involved) - you can have entire conversations with her. Despite her enthusiasm, she has great manners and doesn’t jump on counters looking for snacks. She also has a playful side: zoomies, playing with string, and games of tag. If you’re looking for a sweet, affectionate companion with a little nighttime funtime, Aerith is your girl! Aerith was rescued with dental issues and is in need of surgery. We would be thrilled for a potential adopter to provide a larger adoption donation (between $250 and $400 total) and/or assistance crowdsourcing funds towards their necessary vet bills if possible. This cat would prefer to be adopted alone and be the only cat in the home.
