He escaped the apartment after cleaners were there and lived in the apartment building stairwell for almost a week! Kind neighbors took him in and his story went viral on instagram! Eli was very traumatized at first but the neighbor who fostered him has helped him come out of his shell and return to the loving, playful cat he has always been.
