On a typical day they like to play amongst themselves early in the morning, then settle down for breakfast, after which they enjoy some more playtime, preferably with their people. Once breakfast and playtime is over, they both enjoy settling down to a nap or to watch the outside world through a convenient window. As young adult cats, they both have a lot of energy, much of which they expend on each other. In addition to their playfulness, Francesca and Giovanni are a bonded pair of siblings. They get along very well, playing together, sharing treats together, sometimes wrestling with each other. They are not snuggly with one another (though they love snuggling with people), but they watch out for each other and take cues from one another when they are nervous or uncertain. Even when wrestling, they take care. Described by their foster as "a quiet sweet soul in the body of a large muscular cat," Giovanni backs off when Francesca lets him know she's had enough. They do start out a little shy in a new situation, but then want to be around you and yours. Even laying in bed with you at night!
