I’m still grateful every single day for that rescue, and I show it in all the little ways I can. I’m a gentle boy who loves being petted, especially those slow, reassuring strokes that make me feel safe again. A good meal makes me incredibly happy — I savor every bite like it’s a gift. Honestly, I’m just thankful for everything: soft beds, kind hands, toys, and the chance to be part of a family again. I’ve also got a playful streak. My favorite game is chasing a rolling toy and stopping it right before it comes to a halt. It makes me feel clever, fast, and just a little heroic.
