This sweet girl came to us with her brother from a rough start, and she’s still a little shy around humans but don’t let that fool you. Rocket adores other cats and would do best paired with a social feline friend to help her learn that humans aren’t all that scary. Rocket thrives when she has high spaces to perch and people-watch from a distance, giving her the confidence to explore at her own pace. Her foster recommends keeping her in a small, quiet area at first: many adopters find a bathroom for the first few weeks is perfect for helping a shy kitty feel safe and secure. When she’s comfortable, Rocket loves food, treats, toys, cat trees… and drinking fountains are her absolute favorite!
