Phil is waiting for you at Mower County Humane Society in United States. Phil was rescued from the Austin City Pound when he was due to be euthanized. Phil is a feral cat. We are guessing he is about 2 to 3 years old. He is now neutered and current on shots. He has tested neg for feline leukemia/FIV. Adoption fee is waived for the right owner.
