Some cats even live into their thirties, although this is far less common. So don't let that discourage you from adopting an adult cat! Rescue Mama has had 3 live into their 20's. One was 8 weeks old. KIRA YUKIMURA, her mom NATALIE MARTIN and her 4 siblings (CORA HALE, THEO RAEKEN, LIAM DUNBAR and MALIA TATE) were rescued from the a backyard. Rescue mama was called that the neighbors were not being kind to the little family. So a trapper went out and trapped the family and brought them to our rescue. With all the chaotic rescuing going on in the summer, we were not able to get out kittens into our regular clinic. We were offered a different clinic and we made the appointments. To our dismay 7 of the 18 cats sent to this clinic ended up in the emergency room. KIRA YUKIMURA was one of them. Her incision opened and were were able to save her.
