Milo is waiting for you at Santa Cruz County Animal Shelter in Santa Cruz, CA 95062. Meet Milo, the black male cat. Milo arrived to the Shelter with three other cats (Mila, Blue and Negrita) after their previous guardian was unable to continue caring for them. Milo has lived in a home with teenagers, men and women. Milo’s favorite activity is playing with the other kitties. He also enjoys playing with balls and toys that make noise. Milo could go to a home with other cats (either the ones he lived with or a new kitty) after a slow, thoughtful introduction. Milo has no history living with dogs. Milo's previous guardian describes him as friendly, affectionate, independent, likes to be held and plays roughly.Milo is available for pre-adoption. Come meet him, fall in love and take him home after his neuter surgery. Please note: Our Santa Cruz location’s Shelter hours are 11-6pm, 7 days a week! Although clients can walk through and see any animals in their kennels during open hours, we end “meet and greets” (aka meeting an animal out of the kennel) at 4:30pm every day. If you’d like to meet an animal out of the kennel, please arrive before 4:00pm to allow for time to discuss individual animals and meet them.
