Timmy* is waiting for you at Santa Cruz County Animal Shelter in Santa Cruz, CA 95062. Meet Timmy! This little kitten came to the Shelter with his mom and two other siblings. He was underage so he went to a foster home to grow big and strong to prepare for adoption. The foster reports that Timmy and his siblings are very social with people. They are alert and playful but settle in when picked up. Dora and Timmy are little purballs and like to fall asleep in people’s hands. Tabitha has some more spunk and prefers to play play play!Timmy is looking for a safe, indoor only home to grow up and thrive in. A home with other animals may be a fit with a slow, thoughtful introduction. Timmy is available for pre-adoption. Come meet him, fall in love and pick him up after his neuter surgery. Please note: Our Santa Cruz location’s Shelter hours are 11-6pm, 7 days a week! Although clients can walk through and see any animals in their kennels during open hours, we end “meet and greets” (aka meeting an animal out of the kennel) at 4:30pm every day. If you’d like to meet an animal out of the kennel, please arrive before 4:00pm to allow for time to discuss individual animals and meet them.
