Blanche is waiting for you at Friends of the Seal Beach Animal Care Center in United States. Hi, I’m Blanche. I was rescued from the street, but I’m very friendly and love attention from people, so it’s obvious that I had a home at one time. My mouth was in terrible shape when I arrived at SBACC. I have since had a dental, had several bad teeth extracted, and I’m now feeling so much better.
